Don't be naive, the message didn't come in from those
networks:

The "db." is somewhere in ASIA/PACIFIC, and THAT IP address
is in RBL.MAPS.VIX.COM block list.

I have now turned on the RBL at VGER.
(I was a bit surprised that it wasn't active already..)
