Hi !

I recently aquired a scsi Cd writer, and I am unable to write CDs
with recent kernels. (I use 2.2.0pre7)

I can read Cds fine, and can use all the 3 device in normal ways,
if I
1./ do not try to write a CD
2./ do not give the command
#scsiinfo -s /dev/sdb (that is the ZIP drive)

Unfortunately I did not bother with kernel symbols.

after this the system remains in working condition.
I only loose the CD device, and (scsi_eh_0) usually becomes zombie.

Under 2.0.36 CD writing seems to work, with scsiinfo I have the
same problem.
