Failed to compile 2.2.0pre7 w/ip_masq enabled on alpha

I am trying to compile 2.2.0pre7 w/ip_masq enabled on an alpha noname and
it gets an internal compiler error. Am I doing something wrong? Should
this compile on alpha? Below is the end of the compiler output.
