Yep, we know that, but he asked what the rules are regarding *hooks*,
not crypto itself. If hooks are allowed (hooks don't have to be used
for crypto, they could be used for e.g. compression instead) then
that's no blocking problem.
So what *are* the French rules regarding crypto *hooks*? Anybody?
