ipchains and SMP bug in kernel

hi,
I just would like to inform you that there's some bug in ipchains with
SMP kernel. About a mount ago I try to compile 2.0.36 with ipchains patch
with an SMP kernel, but it's never working (worink on it for a few days) I
was unable to make a woring one.
I try the 2.1.129 kernel too (which contains by ipchains default) but I always
got something similar:
-------------
kernel: Problem: block on freelist at 0e7edc10 isn't free.
last message repeated 29 times
....
-------------
or
-------------
kernel: Problem: block on freelist at 0e874990 isn't free.
last message repeated 206153 times
last message repeated 202063 times
...
-------------
I assume the hardware in not wrong, since the there's a 2.0.36 kernel
woring with both processor (SMP, with real load) and with ipchains,
but only one processor (with real load). Since it's our main server
(and we don't have other dual motherboards) our sysamd can't play
with it too much. So I can't send detail report about it (just or
kernels .config, these lines from /var/log/kern if you need and our
hardware description). We don't try later 2.1.x kernels so may be fixed.
I know this's the most anoying bugreport, but may help a little:-)
