SB32 IDE interface

I would like to know if it is possible to put the SD32 IDE Interface
working. The damn card is a PnP ISA one, and of course, the kernel does
not detect it. I can't build IDE as a module (don't even know if this is
possible). I installed PnP support in the kernel hoping it would detect
it, but no luck.

BTW, I am working with kernel 2.2.0pre4.
