now dhcp works on 2.2pre4

Thanks for suggestions from Sam Bingner, Alan Cox, J.B van Doorn, and Graham
TerMarsch. The only program I got to work was from
ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/dhcp/test/ It is called dhcpclient

It has configuration for 2.0 and 2.1. I compiled it on 2.0.36 with
the 2.0 configuration. Graham compiled it with 2.1. But both seem to work
however for the 2.2 kernels.
