Grab the updated tcpdump/libpcap packages from ftp.inr.ac.ru:/ip-routing
They use the new (PF_PACKET, SOCK_DGRAM) facilities in 2.2 which hide
all the link layer specific details in the kernel and allow a generic
libpcap.
