The original artist does. And the conditions of use are that if anyone
asks you credit him (Larry Ewing) and that it was done with the GIMP
I talked to the waiyiptoys people quite a while ago when they first
announced their penguins. I think you should assume their emails to wrong
places is because they know as much about Linux as we do about soft toy
manufacture.
They look quite nice too, not as good as the hand made penguins from
Andarte tho :)
