I've been seeing these for months with the 3.x series of 53c8xxx drivers.
Gerard was kind enough to work with me, but nothing really ever fixed the
problem except turning off tagged queueing. FWIW, I ran the box for
almost two years with 2.5 drivers and never saw this even once.
