I do not think so. If you totaly quiet up system, I do not think
people will still require their names to be printed. I believe that
'quiet' option gives lot of sense - if you adjust loglevels just
right, you'll see only if something goes wrong, and that KERN_CRIT
message will not be covered by lots of useless copyrights scrolling
around.
