Strange process lockups with 2.1.131

With stock 2.1.131 on SMP i see process lockups.

An e2fsck of a 6GB fs for example hangs, but can be killed by SIGINT.
A kernel build with "make -j2 bzlilo" hangs also.
Other processes continue to run?!

2.1.131-ac5 doesn't help either.

With 2.1.130 everything is o.k.
