C2 certification *ONLY* applies to a specific software *AND* hardware
configuration.

NT 4.0 has never been C2 certified *EVER*.

The only version of NT that has ever been C2 certified was NT 3.51 on some
specific Compaq hardware with *NO NETWORKING COMPONENTS INSTALLED*.
