A PTY and PARENB bug

Hi,

There is a PTY and PARENB bug in linux 2.1.131. The problem is PTY
never checks parity, which is ok. But the kernel allows to set PARENB
on a PTY, which is not ok. BTW, the POSIX test caught it.
