We could use a PERL script for that... It makes more and more
sense the more I think about it. We could all be reading and
posting error messages in our own language (as long as the
identifier is kept intact).
The only problem is with the assignment of the identifiers to
the more experimental patch series and with keeping the
translation scripts up-to-date (auto-distribute the database?).
