knfsd leaves stuck socket

I'm running 2.1.130 with the patches from knfsd-981113.
It seems not to be possible to gracefully exit the kernel nfsd. When I
kill the nfsd processes, they leave a UDP socket on port 2049 which I
can't get rid of, so the next invocation of nfsd will fail.

Also, the kernel mountd does not unregister with portmap (but at least
that can be done manually).
