- I never planned to go beyond B1 - redesigning the kernel is a bit too
much. Orange Book is far outdated anyway...
- There will be no certification, just maybe a 'designed at'
- As far as I know, there is no restriction here (in Germany) that might
be triggered. And importing should be OK for all people.

So I don't think there is a problem.
