The 4Mb wraparound bug on the Millennium seems to have been fixed in XF86
3.3.3, so is there any chance of porting it into matroxfb?
I can't get 1600x1200x{24,32} to work on an 8Mb Mil-II, because it just refuses
to try. It increases 1600 to the next power of two, then refuses because
2048x1200 doesn't fit in 8Mb.
By commenting out the check, I get it to work, albeit with artifacts on the
line that crosses the boundary.
But it seems that X3.3.3 does better than this - unfortunately when I went
through the patches I couldn't see _what_ it does.
