.129: APM poweroff still a no-go.

I booted my HP 5500CT laptop w/ .129, and poweroff on halt still didn't
power off. I _do_ get the 'Power down.' printk, but it stays on. I
double-checked that it wasn't an SMP kernel. With Steven Rothwell's APM
patch, it worked under .127. That looks like a pretty big patch for this
late in the game, but maybe poweroff could get fixed?
