This is primarily a get in sync release with a few people. It adds th COSA
driver (10Mbit dual channel wan card) but it wont work yet, it adds MCA
soundblaster clone support (whhooooooo) and it adds the smc tokenring driver
which may or may not work
Finally it has Linus suggested non SMP 'snoozing computer' fix in it
