RE: 2.0.36 socket sendto errors

I was running the programs as root. I run the network, and I know
you can't use the sockets like that as a normal user. This is why when
I got the Error as root, it startled me. And it has only occured since
I have changed to 2.0.36! Use newtear at rootshell as a sample. You
can only use it on your own machine, and others on local ethernet, but
not in any other way! Its not that this is a bad thing in the case of
these attacks, but couldn't it affect other programs, like certain
servers?
