128 freezes (was 2.1.126 freezes)

just an update for those who read my 2.1.126 freeze post.
the error:

wait_on_bh, CPU 12:
irq: 0 [0 0]
bh: 1 [1 0]

still shows up with 2.1.128 (after uptime of only 3 days)
