I've got it compiled as UP, and it's rock solid. I've flood pinged it,
had it ping flooding, doing everything I can to generate heaps of
interupts etc.

Nothing. It says up. This is a Debian 2 system.

Linux busconductor 2.1.128 #1 Fri Nov 13 16:24:08 EST 1998 i586 unknown

I would have thought Fri 13 would have cursed it, but no!

Other Info:

5:30pm up 3 days, 44 min, 2 users, load average: 0.17, 0.20, 0.71

And compiled using gcc version pgcc-2.91.57 19980901 (egcs-1.1 release)

I didn't tweak/touch any of the Makefile Optimizations (sp?)

Machine is an AMDK6, 64 Meg SDRAM
Diamond Stealth 3D 2000 Pro
3COM Boomerang NIC

NB: I don't ever use this PC on it's console. Telnet/SSH/VNC access only.
So the video card never gets a workout at all.

Hope this makes sense to someone, and helps somewhat.

If you have any questions, feel free!

Cheers!
