I got this message
Nov 13 18:43:08 osiris kernel: schedule_timeout: wrong timeout value
80000000 from c0113279
Nov 13 18:43:21 osiris last message repeated 5 times

in /var/log/kern.log, and then my machine locked hard. This occured shortly
after enabling IP forwarding. I've got ipmasq enabled, and a 3c59x and a
EtherExpress Pro 10/100. Intel pr440fx motherboard.

I enabled synchronous logging on /var/log/kern.log after I rebooted, perhaps
an oops message will make it to disk for the next crash. Not sure why this
wasn't already turned on.

I don't want to enable ip_forwarding again tonight, since it takes a _long_
time to check the disks attached to this machine, and I have work to do.
