You need new utils.
the package on ftp.suse.com/pub/isdn4linux/v2.0/isdn4k-utils.tar.gz
is uptodate.
A official new package 'll come out this weekend.

NEW:
isdnctrl dialmode <ifname> off|manual|auto

off - for maintance, no dialin no dialout
manual or on - dialin normal dialout only with "isdnctrl dial" command
no autohangup (default)
auto - dial on demand
