2.1.127 msdos panic

Hi,
I noticed that 2.1.127 kernel panics, when a msdos diskette is removed
during use. It doesn't happen with either 2.0.36 or 2.1.127 & ext2.

# mount /dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy
# cd /mnt/floppy
# ls
file

[ Remove the floppy disk now ]

# less file
...
Kernel panic msdos_write_inode: unable to read i-node block.

And the system is out. It's dangerous as a user can trash the system
if he has rights to mount a floppy.

Does anybody maintain the msdos filesystem ?
