Not here. We never saw duplicated packets - only packets taking far too long
to get from the queue to the wire.

I haven't seen the problem since I upgraded to the latest ISDN drivers from
the CVS tree. But that was only a couple of days ago, and it sometimes takes a
week or two to show up.
