2.0.35 lockup (eth0)

Hi,

My box locked up this morning for the first time *ever*. The machine locked
up completely...nada keyboard response etc...

I as in a console at the time (tty2) and the following error just continued
to spew forth:

eth0: Reentering the interrupt handler! isr=0x95 imr=0x0

There was next to no traffic on the network (home LAN), and i have been
running the 2.0.35 (SMP) since it was released with no problems whatsoever.

vanilla 2.0.35 SMP
SuperMicro P6DNE - 2xPPro @ 200mhz
ne2k pci compatable nic (driver is in the kernel, not as a module)
