Ok, so I've got a Solaris box mounting via /net/ a Linux based NFS
server.

After doing this, trucking some data across, you get this message from
linux:

kernel: svc: sk_data negative!
unix: NFS server pdsfdv06 ok
last message repeated 1 time
kernel: RPC: bad TCP reclen 00000000<4>nfsd: terminating on error 5
unix: NFS write error on host pdsfdv06: Stale NFS file handle.
unix: (file handle: 80acfdcc 16586a00 1586a00 90000 90000 2000000 0 0)^M
unix: NFS write error on host pdsfdv06: Stale NFS file handle.
unix: (file handle: 80acfdcc 16586a00 1586a00 90000 90000 2000000 0 0)^M

(unix = solaris box, kernel = linux box)

and the connection is hung; this is using Linux 2.1.125, with
knfsd-981022.tar.gz from kernel.org.

rebooting the linux box doesn't clear it; it just repeats itself!

stopping/starting NFS doesn't work, since it just complains about
address already in use.

I justed checked, and the first one is:

kernel: svc: sk_data negative!
kernel: RPC: bad TCP reclen 00000000<4>nfsd: terminating on error 5

and then I have four more of the top ones. This will probably stay
running this way till Thursday, as I get to rearrange everything then..

So, if there's something you want me to do, send detailed instructions,
and I'll see what I can do for ya.
