Both should do just as well

I can show you someone with a 6 way PPro running 4000+ virtual sites
on Linux if you like

Both should be solid as a rock at high loads. In terms of high load btw
ftp*.redhat.com is of course Red Hat Linux based and currently under
'a high load' with the new release ;)
