alpha interrupt (probing) bug.

I've got an NE2000 network card which since sometime after 106 (probably
around 116 looking at the patches) doesn't have a probeable interrupt.
The base address is found, but the interrupt probe fails.

When the card's interrupt/address is specified, the kernel starts
spitting many many warning messages about 'eth0: interrupt from stopped
card'. Could the 116 changes in interrupt handling have broken some ISA
card detection/handling?
