Compiling 2.1.126 fails with :
sb_mixer.c: In function `sb_mixer_ioctl':
sb_mixer.c:357: `SOUND_MIXER_OUTSRC' undeclared (first use in this
function)
sb_mixer.c:357: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
sb_mixer.c:357: for each function it appears in.)
sb_mixer.c:392: `SOUND_MIXER_OUTMASK' undeclared (first use in this
function)

It seems that the following part of patch-2.1.126pre2-ac2 was lost in
the final patch:

+++ linux/include/linux/soundcard.h Sat Oct 17 18:26:31 1998
