[2.1.1xx / irqtune] Latency issues

With the latency discussions going on, I wonder what (if anything) would happen
if people ran those programs and tried different irqtune settings.

I know that with 2.1.121 on my ip masq/e-mail/modem box that serves the whole
house, it serves the local network a hella-faster when I tune it for irq 4 and
irq 10 (modem and ethernet card).

Just food for thought. Most people dismissed irqtune as a dirty hack but it's
very useful for me.
