2.1.119 crash

hello
a friend of mine told me that this little bug is unknown so here it is
a few days ago i changed my old HPUX gateway with a linux
i needed to do some NAT so i used an 2.1 kernel beacause i didn't make
a 2.0 work properly with NAT...
so ... being under time pressure i put the new IP addresses on linux's
interfaces and forgot to shut down the hpux .
in a few seconds my 2.1.119 crashed with a stack trace on my screen
for the time being i can't reproduce the exact result on my screen beacause
there are 60 computers using it as a gateway
