Good, that's encouraging to hear. It would be good if we had some quota
stress-test scripts, to really give it a good work-out. Maybe something
like

-- untar some big archives to exceed quota
-- simultaneously run rm -rf on other directories
-- run the tests from several user accounts simultaneously

In looking over the quota code further I've found a couple more
problems, so at some point will update my patch. But for now, let me
know if you find any more problems ...
