HWPRB cycle frequency guessing seems to be way of in 121 on
my alpha. somewhere between 100-200 Mhz, its an XL300 so it
should be 300Mhz. i dont see any changes to the code except some
shuffling around of the init_pit stuff. CONFIG_RTC is off. what am i
looking for?
