There is no `gdt' declared nowhere in apm_bios.c or its included files.
And AFAIK, <linux/head.h> is completely cancelled in 2.1.121. Compiling
kernel would cease here. Any comments please?

I patched directly from 2.1.91 to 2.1.121 without *.rej files.
