TiMidity plays too fast on 2.1.120 pre-3 and final

A file which takes 4:34 to play using TiMidity 0.2i under Linux 2.1.117
takes 1:50 under 2.1.120 with Linus' keyboard patch, and 0:55.9 under
pre2.1.120-3. Notes are too high and too brief, and there are
discontinuities where the playing seems to suddenly skip forward. This is
with an Avance Logic sound card, using the Sound Blaster 16 driver. The
configuration file is available at
http://jpj.net/~trevor/linux/config-2.1.120-science2.
