PCI bios error

Hello,

[ mainboard Asus PCI/I-P54SP4 original bios version ]

with 2.1.119 and others 2.1.xxx kernels i can see
the following error at boot time:

while version 2.0.33 says all ok in hardware land:

the device ist known in /proc/pci as follows in 2.0.33:
