Frequency errors indicate that your adapter clock is a little off from
the ring clock. It's a soft error and doesn't reflect any data
corruption or loss. The ibmtr driver has always been a little chatty
in this respect but I'll soon be moving these counters out of syslog
and into the /proc filesystem.
