Has been updated again. The bad news is the list of serious bugs
has grown the good news is the number that have someone working on
them or existing but as yet unmerged patches has increased at a
faster rate

Please add the following changes:

AF_UNIX
Some code can cause oopses (Chris Evans lpr - still present)

ANK and Andi know the bug and are working on fixes.

IPV4 options
ICMP dest unreach has load limiting issues

Please specify this more clearly, I believe it is fixed in vger (and
thus will be in my next sync to Linus) but I can't tell just with this
explanation alone.

Network device unload A network device unload needs to purge the
backlog queue (patch exists)

This (I believe) is fixed in ANK's latest patch set which I am merging
in, and thus will go to Linus.

UDP sendto handling
Can oops or error where it should succeed according to posix

Another item I believe is fixed in ANK's patch set.

TCP state bug
TCP moving from SYN_SENT to SYN_RECV loses MSS (obscure)
TCP mss handling
The TCP mss handling is a bit broken. (draft fix - Andi)

Andi fixed the former as well, and ANK has further fixes in his change
set.

IPV6
Option handling has bad problems. Routing code is way too
complex and needs a better algorithm. The latter is a 2.3 issue

Fixed in ANK's patch set. In fact all of major IPv6 bugs have been
squashed in ANK's patch, among other IPv4 and generic networking ones
you didn't even know about or mention :-)
