lil-0 [Linux Interrupt Latency benchmark version 0]

I developed a very simple kernel module irq latency benchmark. That module
generate an _hardware_ interrupt and account how many cycles pass before
the irq handler is started. I just said in the past related thread on
linux kernel that it would be possible to generate _hardware_ irq via
software on i386.

On my P5MMX233 the irq handlers are started after 4.7uSec (1100 cycles at
233 Mhz) in the most of cases.

I could also generate a train of irq and account the best and the worse
latency... probably I' ll do it soon since it' s fun ;-).
