lockd problems (again)

Same issue as the last time. Trying to lock a file via NFS gets me a bunch of
the following messages:

lockd: failed to monitor 199.172.48.251
nsm_mon_unmon: rpc failed, status=-13

The server is a Network Appliance dedicated NFS server.
