I also started seing problems after 2.1.99, 2.0.x is noticably faster, and
I don't see how I could be getting corrupted ip headder complaints on
OUT-GOING stuff.

Please guys there is a bug in here somewhere, don't dismiss it right away
as the modem's fault.

It's my isp's mail server most often for me, it's making this list real
annoying to download. 2.0.x downloads my email much faster then 2.1.x at
this point.
