source address based routing for 2.0.35 ?

Hi,

there is ftp://ftp.inr.ac.ru/ip-routing/routing.tgz.

- routing.tgz - original Mike McLagan's route by source patch.
Currently it is obsolete.

That may be true as it does not apply cleanly to recent 2.0-kernels.
But: I need some kind of source address based routing for e.g.
2.0.35; 2.1.x cannot be used because of different reasons.
Is there anything more up to date out there?

Given patch yields no (non-comment) rejects up to 2.0.4 and only minor
rejects till 2.0.30. In later kernels more conflicting changes have been
done.

If nobody has worked on it yet, I'll try to adapt this patch to 2.0.35.
Or has there been any problem with this implementation of source address
based routing?

Regards,
Lutz
