[2.0.35] Lost timer or fin packet in tcp_fin.

Got a "Lost timer or fin packet in tcp_fin." after 20+ days of uptime
on a P166mmx, IDE, 3c590, no modules, general office server running
stock 2.0.35. Machine's fine, nothing else in the logs.

32K byte-wide RAM 1:1 Rx:Tx split, autoselect/10baseT interface.
