More info, Network problems [PPP and IPMASQ]

Err, in my last post I mentioned that things seemed to be getting worse
(file transfers stalling), but that now appears to be not the case
(was just one file which would stop being transmitted by server for some
reason).

So the problem does not seem to be getting worse with 2.1.115 like
I indicated. Perhaps it is just a problem with tcpdump, making the IP
headers look corrupted?
