Hi guys,

Again, I've done the impossible and released a new version of the
HOWTO-framebuffer today! :o) Ok, so I lied about the impossible bit.

What's new? It now includes information on m68k platforms framebuffer
devices. Please have a look at it and tell me what you think. Comments /
flames to me in private please. Thanks.

This is also a request for information for framebuffer devices for the PPC
platform, the m68k Macintosh platforms, and Acorn ARM platforms. Let's
have the info, I want to gain world domination status... :o) Tell me about
other platforms I've omitted to mention.

You can view the HOWTO at the following URL:

http://www.tahallah.demon.co.uk/HOWTO-framebuffer.html

Again, force a 'reload' if demon.co.uk's webcache starts acting up.

There is a gzipped text file available from the following URL:

http://www.tahallah.demon.co.uk/HOWTO-framebuffer.txt.gz

Postscript/nroff formatted versions still not available; probably will
need to get that sorted out when I get some sleep!

I'm also going to include information on the KGICON framebuffer devices
tomorrow.

HTH. Have fun whatever you do.

Cheers,
Alex
