2.1.115 oops

I'm afraid this close to an useless report. I had umounted proc, and when
I mounted it again briefly after, it oopsed.. I was too quick with ^L.
pine started, but when hung up on D when reading inbox. same for jed
(editor), it started but hung when reading config files. same for ls.

How about putting a delay after an oops? ;)

Btw, sysrq Boot doesnt actually reboot, just blacks the screen.
