I suspect he's refering to the original intentions of Brian, Dennis, et all
wrt security. ie: they intended it to be an open, friendly, happy, "we
love everyone" kind of place, with lots of file "sharing" and cooperation.

IIRC this was mentioned in Ritchie's speach at USENIX.

Or, it could have been a troll.
